Holiday Card Craft Night

 Friday night my friend Haley met me at the Paper Source to pick up supplies for a fabulous night of making holiday cards and solving all of the world's problems. Haley is usually not much of a crafter - but once we got going she was making the cutest cards!  Props for trying something new girl!

Our snacks for the evening were fabulous - wine, cheese, yummy bread, mini pitas, and baba ghannouj.  Delish, light, and providing enough energy to fuel our creativity.

A few of my cards in progress.  Finding colors and ink that worked well on the dark iridescent paper was a challenge - a combination of silver ink and glitter embossing powder was the combination I liked best.
